Regarding recent edit

Hi, are you are Japanese speaker?

I don't see you got any tags on profile but visually person from North America.

We ask users be traslate only language that they use so could you confirm you are? Tony_Lewis (talk) 03:11, 2 May 2025 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi Tony_Lewis,
Thank you for checking. My native language is Thai.
Regarding Japanese, I have passed the JLPT N3 level. I understand the policy about users translating only into languages they use fluently. While Thai is my native language, I have been using my N3-level Japanese to contribute translations, focusing on areas where I feel confident.
I am always learning and happy to receive corrections if any errors are found. If my proficiency level is deemed insufficient for the required standard on this wiki, please let me know, and I will refrain from further Japanese translations.
Thank you for your understanding. 0'am (talk) 03:28, 2 May 2025 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Thank you for confirming.
It is fine if you certified for such a license.
Just some words I notice be not following localization wording terms so I would like to ask.
(especially katakana characters as some not that common in use if just changed into katakana as how it read)
I shall unblock you anyway. Tony_Lewis (talk) 03:31, 2 May 2025 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Thank you very much for your understanding and the decision to unblock me, Tony_Lewis. I appreciate the feedback regarding the Japanese translations, particularly about standard Katakana usage. I'll be sure to keep that in mind going forward.
On a related note, I was wondering if there are any plans to add Thai language support to the VRC Wiki in the future?
Thanks again for your help. 0'am (talk) 06:22, 2 May 2025 (UTC)Reply[reply]
No plan at the moment but could be in the feature. Tony_Lewis (talk) 22:36, 2 May 2025 (UTC)Reply[reply]
